Jeffrey Brandt, Ph.D. - Chief Market Strategist received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wayne State University. He completed his Doctorate in Social Psychology from Purdue University. Dr. Brandt spent 19 years working for the government at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL). During this time he worked in the Physics Department and on various weapons programs. While at LLNL, he began intense work with computer-based artificial intelligence. Subsequently, he spent five years in private industry working for a defense contractor where he managed the Artificial Intelligence Group.
Dr. Brandt then co-founded a company to utilize artificial intelligence to solve various problems in medicine, particularly cancer. Dr. Brandt has many publications in the field and served on an international committee in Geneva that sets world-wide standards for staging all cancers. Since 2000, Dr. Brandt has worked on an Artificial Intelligence-based model designed to predict price movements in the stock market. Dr. Brandt currently holds the position of Chief Market Strategist for the firm.
